Duck with mustard "Mostaard Wostyn"

Empty the inside of the duck. Mix the other ingredients (not too moist, not too dry) and stuff the duck. Sow it up or close it with tooth picks. Grease in the duck with the melted butter. Leave it in the oven to colour until it is ready (pour some butter sauce on it at regular times). Serve it with mashed patatoes in which milk, butter, nutmeg, pepper and salt should not be forgotten.

  • 250 to 300 grams of mixed chopped meat (cow and pork)
